Processing these experiences in a safe and supportive trauma-informed environment creates a foundation for understanding, growth, and development personally and professionally.
My Background and Approach
I use an integrative, holistic approach, utilizing evidence-based skills, primarily trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, attachment, and early family hardships. I have 10 yrs. experience caring for the military, first responders, and their family members. I am also certified in Mending the Soul curriculum. It would be my pleasure to walk alongside a small part of your healing journey. Together, we'll search for resources and support so that, as you navigate life, you can prosper rather than just get by. Therapy is a way to find joy, calm, and freedom as well as clarity and hope throughout life's challenges. I want to help individuals thrive not just survive.
