About My Clients
Unresolved painful experiences can often sneak up into your day-to-day life. You may find yourself reacting in ways you don’t intend to in everyday situations, followed by guilt and frustration, and then in other scenarios, it’s as though you feel nothing at all. Sometimes you are too exhausted to connect with those closest to you. You may find yourself frequently turning to substances, food, TV, or sleep in order to feel relaxed. I am able to help you find some relief from these experiences.
My Background and Approach
I offer a relational style of therapy, meaning that I view the strength of our relationship as a healing modality on its own. I also utilize attachment theory and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support trauma recovery. It is important to me that you feel in control of your healing journey so connect with me whenever you are ready and let’s begin.
