I believe that therapy is a safe place for us to take off the masks that we wear and be our true authentic selves. I believe in connection and helping you identify your strengths to build self esteem and gain agency over your life. I believe that everyone can change if they really want to, but sometimes we need help to make positive life changes. We will work together to help you set good expectations for yourself and others so that you can build strong healthy relationships and build a life that you enjoy.
