About My Clients
I have worked with folks that have experienced anxiety, mood disorders, interpersonal issues, life transitions, and trauma, including childhood, sexual and religious trauma. I provide a culturally sensitive and trauma informed approach to therapy to provide empathy, understanding and a safe space for you to process your experiences through talk and art therapy.
My Background and Approach
My hope is to help those who are experiencing difficulties to find ways to cultivate change and address their issues in a non-judgmental and safe environment while using art. Often these experiences can be hard to process alone, and I am here to provide a safe space for processing, and building the tools to assist in handling responses to stress and trauma.
