My Background and Approach
I use several approaches to help client which include: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, relaxation training, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, problem solving, parenting, behavioral management, and mindfulness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe through awareness we can grow and learn about ourselves. By learning new ways to cope with stressors and overwhelming emotions we can begin to live our BEST life.
