Services include but are not limited to (Health and Wellness Coaching, Functional Nutrition, various forms of Meditation (including Movement Meditation) and Guided Imagery.
My Background and Approach
Due to my extensive background in education, I am very familiar with the school system and higher education. This experience has made me an asset for children and young adults ages 6 to 28. Our counselors are certified trauma specialists and enjoy seeing trauma survivors and people with depression of ALL AGES.
