My Background and Approach
I relate in a conversational therapy style, rooted in Narrative Approaches, utilizing strategies and interventions informed by EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Humanistic perspectives. I incorporate mindfulness practices for stress reduction and to reconnect my clients back to their authentic selves.
