About My Clients

You probably don't think of yourself as someone in a toxic relationship. You just know something feels off — you're exhausted, you keep giving more than you get, and somehow it's always your fault. I work with women who are done being confused by their own patterns and ready to understand what's actually driving them.

My Background and Approach

If you grew up feeling like too much or not enough, you may have learned early to make yourself smaller — to earn your place by doing, fixing, and taking care of everyone else. Over time, what began as a survival strategy became an identity. Now you may find yourself overgiving, overfunctioning, or returning to relationships where your worth feels like something you have to prove. That's not a character flaw. It's a wound. And wounds can heal. In our work together, we'll look at where these patterns came from — the beliefs you absorbed from a parent, a family system, or relationships that should have been safe but weren't. We'll separate what's actually true about you from what you've been carrying as if it were. That changes how you make decisions and what you're willing to tolerate. The goal isn't a particular relationship outcome. It's that you stop organizing your life around earning love and start making choices from a clearer sense of who you are.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe the antidote to codependency is becoming real — not performing a version of yourself that once earned you safety, approval, or belonging, but getting to know who you are beneath those adaptations and learning that you don't have to earn your worth. Most of my clients grew up in environments where that wasn't possible. They learned to survive by shapeshifting — becoming what others needed, anticipating expectations, and losing touch with themselves in the process. What I've found is that the self underneath isn't gone. It's simply been buried beneath years of survival strategies. The work we do together is an excavation. We peel back the layers of conditioning, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment — not to become someone new, but to reconnect with parts of yourself that have been there all along. Parts that know what you feel, what you need, and what matters to you. When you begin to trust those parts, everything changes most importantly, your relationship with yourself.
