I have extensive experience supporting clients through depression and understand how heavy and isolating it can feel. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, helping you gently explore the roots of your pain while building practical tools for relief. Together, we can work to reconnect you with hope, purpose, and a sense of self that feels whole and alive—even when things feel dark. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

I have extensive experience working with anxiety and understand how overwhelming it can feel. I also believe anxiety often has a protective, positive intention—it’s trying to keep us safe, even if it doesn’t always do so in helpful ways. Together, we can learn to listen to what your anxiety is trying to tell you, build tools to respond with compassion, and transform it into a source of awareness and empowerment rather than fear.

I worked at a treatment center for eating disorders for three years, supporting individuals on their journey toward healing. That experience deepened my passion for helping people find more peace with their bodies and food. I believe recovery is possible and that everyone deserves a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore their relationship with nourishment, self-worth, and body image. I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in building skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier relationships. DBT offers practical tools for navigating intense emotions and creating more stability in daily life. It’s especially helpful for those who feel overwhelmed or stuck in patterns they want to change. With DBT, we work together to find balance, self-compassion, and greater emotional resilience.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that impact mood, behavior, and self-esteem. By increasing awareness of how thoughts influence feelings and actions, CBT empowers you to challenge negative beliefs, develop healthier coping skills, and create lasting change. It’s a practical, evidence-based approach that supports growth, resilience, and a more balanced perspective.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore the different “parts” of themselves with curiosity and compassion. Many of us have inner critics, protectors, or wounded parts that shape how we think, feel, and relate. IFS helps us understand these parts instead of judging them, creating space for healing and self-leadership. This gentle, powerful approach can lead to deeper insight, emotional balance, and lasting change from the inside out.
