I am an LISW S and a certified EMDR therapist. My work is grounded in evidence based trauma treatment while remaining flexible to your unique needs and pace. I integrate EMDR with parts informed work, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to support whole person healing. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important parts of meaningful therapy. I prioritize building trust and emotional safety first so you have a secure space to explore vulnerable experiences at a pace that feels manageable for you. I also believe balance is essential in both therapy and everyday life. Part of our work together may include helping you find steadiness between overwhelm and avoidance, action and rest, and caring for others while also caring for yourself.
