By facing our challenges head on we can start to create healthier coping patterns and more meaningful connections with the world around us. Therapy is not simply for times of crisis. Everyone can benefit from regular support as they navigate life’s ups and downs.
My Background and Approach
I work to establish a safe environment for clients to process life's challenges and triumphs. In doing so, I utilize an empathetic approach so they can feel not only supported, but challenged to take action in the areas they would most like to change. I utilize Exposure Therapy, CBT and Strength-Based strategies within my practice to encourage growth, assist clients in creating a set of beneficial strategies, and to better understand their own way of being in the world.
