Hypnotherapy has brought about positive changes in the lives of millions of people. As a Certified Hypnotherapist, I believe as people become more accepting of themselves, they are more capable of finding happiness and contentment in their lives. Hypnotherapy is widely accepted for the treatment of anxiety, depression, habit disorders, irrational fears, as well as in the treatment of conditions such as insomnia and addiction.

As a psychotherapist, I utilize various modalities to inspire the development of productive and beneficial belief systems in areas of confidence, self-worth, and Significance that results in an increased ability to naturally form cohesive relationships (Belonging). The paramount goal of therapy is to release destructive self-directed beliefs and behaviors and to replace them with tools that will allow you to become Confident and Empowered.

Mindfulness can help develop a greater awareness of our inner experiences (including our thoughts and feelings), which can help you recognize unhealthy thoughts as they arise in your everyday life. Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
