My Background and Approach
Therapy can look like many different things, and ultimately, it is your space. In a world that demands so much time and energy, I want therapy to be a place that is yours and where you can be yourself. I take a person-centered approach to therapy, knowing that you are the expert of your own life. I also utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help you improve on distress tolerance, coping skills, and emotional regulation
