About My Clients
I am experienced in supporting clients who have attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism, and with sexuality, gender identity, attachments, relationship issues, trauma, open and consensual non-monogamous relationships, trust and self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and managing stress/anger.
My Background and Approach
I use a collaborative and integrative approach using mindfulness, somatic therapy, family systems, solution-focused, behavioral therapy, and an existential approach to help clients explore meaning and purpose in their lives, and process traumatic experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
A strength of mine as a therapist is my ability to establish and maintain trust with clients by fostering an environment of safety, empathy, and acceptance. It is important that clients feel heard, seen, validated, and supported. I strive to help clients navigate and process their thoughts, feelings, identities, interpersonal relationships, and life experiences; develop self awareness and compassion; explore/identify strengths for clients to achieve their desired outcomes, increase overall confidence, and find value, meaning, and purpose in their lives.
