The strategies I provide have been refined through years of helping adults navigate trauma and PTSD. My goal is to give you practical tools you can use anytime to reduce flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety, and hypervigilance. You’ll learn to calm your body, manage intense emotions, and handle triggers in daily life. Together, we focus on what feels most overwhelming right now. Using EMDR and evidence-based approaches, we safely process memories while building skills you can carry into the real world. These strategies help you regain control, feel safer, and reconnect with yourself and loved ones.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the brain and body have an incredible ability to heal when we are guided safely and listened to. Healing is a collaborative process, and I aim to support your mind, body, and emotions as you navigate your journey. I value community and connection. We aren’t meant to face struggles alone, and having a supportive tribe matters. I strive to be part of that network, helping you feel seen, understood, and guided toward relief. Outside of work, I’m a toddler mama and married to a Marine Corps veteran. Raised in San Diego, my family loves backpacking, hiking, and camping.
