About My Clients
Alexa earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fairfield University, while simultaneously playing on the women’s golf team. As a clinician with an athletic background, Alexa looks forward to working with emerging adults and young professionals seeking support, as they strive toward meeting their personal and professional goals.
My Background and Approach
Alexa enjoys utilizing a compassionate and collaborative approach to her work through connecting with individuals and empathetically meeting them where they are at. Expertise include: Adolescent and Emerging Adult Populations, Anxiety and Depression, Women issues, Life Transitions, and Academic and Athletic Coaching. I recognize the courage it takes in speaking your truth, and acknowledging that you too, may be struggling.
