I am passionate about supporting adolescents, teens and young adults in navigating life’s challenges with authenticity, connection, and hope. I have experience providing individual, family and parent-coaching services in residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings. My priority is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can feel supported and understood.
My Background and Approach
I believe in modern holistic therapy, meaning I don’t subscribe to the “one size fits all” approach. My approach is integrative and collaborative, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches while tailoring interventions to fit your unique needs. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) as well as Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size principles into my sessions. My clinical specialities include eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders. I completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder through Massachusetts General Hospital. As well as advanced training in Exposure Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

I believe clients are experts in their own lived experience, it is an honor to walk alongside you through your recovery journey. Together we will challenge distorted thought patterns, develop holistic coping skills and heal disordered behaviors. Recovery is possible, I consider it a privilege to hold space for your story and help begin the process towards meaningful change.
