My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that life is ridiculously rough for many reasons some we have control over and many that we don't. I am not trying to change anything that you don't want to change I take a harm reduction approach that means we are going to dive deep into why you do the things you do and where you can and want to see change in ways that are actually attainable.
