About My Clients
So often, we can find ourselves confined into little boxes with walls built with layers of “I should do this”, “I should do that”, and expectations for a life that does not fit our inner truth. That space can feel defeating, demotivating, and, oftentimes, suffocating. I work with people who are ready to emerge into their truth, break out of the boxes, move into the various shades of grey, and live the life that they deserve.
My Background and Approach
By providing safe, supportive therapy, I help folx heal their inner wounding and support them as they step into their light. Through active listening and effective therapy methods, I help you find your truth, motivations, and dreams and then support you while you put it into action.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I create a welcoming space for all individuals that choose to start their healing journey with me. Additionally, as a queer identifying woman, I create a safe space for those that identify with the LGBTQIA+ and/or GSRF (Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Fluid) community.
