My Background and Approach
I have over 14 years of experience as a mental health therapist and I have extensive experience in the areas of anger management and domestic violence. I am especially passionate about helping clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, sexual, emotional, and/or physical abuse. I am a firm believer in assertiveness training, the power of positivity, and utilizing a mindset of control over victimization.
