Online Women's Emotional Abuse Support Group

Open for Enrollment

This group is designed for women who:

Have been in — or are leaving — an emotionally abusive or controlling relationship
Find themselves constantly second-guessing their own feelings and experiences
Feel unseen and unheard in their relationship — like they keep asking for more connection, understanding, or help, and it never comes
Struggle with people-pleasing, anxiety, or a lost sense of self connected to relationship patterns
Are ready to do this work alongside others who truly understand it
Are not currently in crisis

This group will create a safe space for you to process shared experiences with other women who understand, rebuild trust in your perceptions and move forward with support. One of the most isolating parts of emotional abuse is believing your experience is unique or that no one would understand. This group is designed to address that--because being witnessed by other women with similar experiences is its own form of healing.

You will find clarity and begin to trust yourself again. You will feel more connected to yourself and others and have more confidence in making decisions that feel right to you. You will have a deeper understanding of your relationship patterns and experiences. You will be able to express your feelings and needs with more certainty.
