Understanding Trauma in Relationship - For Couples
While we tend to treat trauma in individual and group therapy, there is no doubt that it impacts our relationships. This can lead to shame, blame, and disconnect. Wouldn't it be easier if they just "got it"? This light-hearted and informative psycho-ed/support group will help fill in the gaps and provide an opportunity to see that you are not alone. This closed group is for couples and will meet 6 times in Monmouth Cty. $390/couple total. OON. LGBTQ+ inclusive. Starting Winter '24.
