The Holding Room

Open for Enrollment
The Holding Room is a virtual interpersonal process group for adults who want to better understand themselves and their relationships. Unlike groups focused primarily on education or support, this group uses real-time interactions between members as opportunities to explore emotional and relational patterns as they naturally emerge. With guidance from the therapist, members develop greater curiosity about their own thoughts, feelings, and reactions while learning to better understand the perspectives of others. The goal isn't to eliminate difficult emotions, but to strengthen your capacity to make sense of them, respond with greater flexibility, and build more meaningful, authentic relationships. The Holding Room is well suited for individuals who feel stuck in recurring interpersonal patterns and are looking for lasting change through deeper self-understanding.
