Skills Training for Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (S.T.A.I.R.) is an evidence-based treatment for PTSD, focused on helping people with PTSD manage challenges with emotional regulation and interpersonal problems. The group will use a trauma-friendly approach to work through these problems by developing specific skills to help improve control over emotions and develop stronger relationships. The group meets for 8 weeks on Wed from 7-8pm by video.
