Seeking Safety

Seeking Safety is an evidence-based group for individuals struggling with addictions and PTSD. We will only talk about the impact of trauma on your life, and not the details of your experience. The group includes 12 online sessions ($75 per 90 min session private pay). Insurance may be accepted. The group meets Tuesdays from 6pm - 7:30pm by video. Graduation certificates will be provided on completion of 12 sessions.
