Our Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Group Retreat begins September 22, 2026 in New York City welcome the transition into Autumn. This intimate group experience is designed for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, burnout, grief, life transitions, or complex trauma who feel stuck despite years of personal growth, therapy, or medication.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, this program combines ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with creative arts, music, ritual, and community support. Participants will engage in three ketamine medicine journeys supported by curated ambient music, a live sound healing experience, community altar-building, and creative practices designed to deepen self-reflection, expression and insight.
The retreat includes a private intake session, group preparation meetings, three ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions, and integration sessions to help translate insights into meaningful change. During integration, participants will create digital collage artwork, reflect on their experiences, and develop practical goals for bringing new awareness into their relationships, habits, and daily lives.
This group is ideal for those who feel ready to move beyond symptom management and explore holistic healing that engages the mind, body, emotions, creativity, and spirituality. Through a combination of psychotherapy, ketamine, art-making, music meditations, and community connection, participants are invited to reconnect with themselves, access new perspectives, and cultivate lasting transformation.
