About My Clients
You may appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in painful relationship patterns. Many of my clients have experienced childhood trauma, burnout, people-pleasing, grief, depression, panic, or complex PTSD. They've often tried therapy before and understand their struggles intellectually, yet still feel blocked. Together, we'll work to heal the root causes of suffering and create lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) with over 15 years of clinical experience helping adults and couples navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach integrates Creative Arts Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I have guided more than 200 ketamine-assisted psychotherapy journeys and previously worked as a Staff Therapist at the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation and as an Integration Coach with Mindbloom. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. Together, we will identify patterns that no longer serve you, process unresolved experiences, and develop practical tools for healing, emotional regulation, and deeper connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, respected, and understood. My goal is not to "fix" you, but to help you reconnect with the strengths, wisdom, and resilience that may have been buried beneath trauma, stress, or difficult life experiences. As a Puerto Rican therapist and lifelong artist & musician, I value creativity, curiosity, authenticity, and conscious community. I honor the ways culture, family systems, relationships, and social experiences shape our mental health. I strive to create a space where clients can explore difficult emotions without judgment and develop a deeper sense of self-trust, self-compassion, and personal freedom.
