Reflective Clinical Online Supervision for Therapists

This group is for psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatric nurses, social workers and related mental healthcare professionals seeking to reflect and process the work with an experienced facilitator and open-hearted colleagues. Case consultation, mentoring, and collaborative processing are the outstanding features of this group. Group rules will be established together and norms established in the first few sessions. Ideally, this will be a closed group for 6 months or more. Waiting list participants can be assured of a second group forming and welcoming them. The framework will be supportive, using the Cyclical, Developmental, and 7 Eyed Models of Supervision., facilitated by a well-experienced psychotherapist.
