Navigate the challenges and gifts of neurodivergence. Build self-esteem, resilience, and authenticity. Tame imposter syndrome, rejection sensitive dysphoria, and masking. Share in mutual support, brainstorming, coping strategies, and resources. Protect against burnout. Spend protected time on creative projects.
