A support group that focuses on building community and support for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent folks (ADHD, Autistic, and those living with any other mental health conditions). Topics discussed in this group include sexual health, healthy relationships/ boundaries, gender and sexuality, support skills, and exploration of values. This group provides an affirming space for group members to share and learn helpful tools and skills and build connections with people of similar identities.
