Managing Emotions

Open for Enrollment
This is a structured, skills-based group that's focused on helping individuals better understand and manage their emotional experiences. Rather than primarily processing emotions, this group emphasizes learning practical tools to respond more effectively to emotional challenges in everyday life. Drawing from the emotion regulation module of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, participants learn skills to identify and name emotions, understand emotional patterns, and develop strategies for responding in intentional ways. This group is well-suited for adults who experience strong emotional reactions, difficulty calming down once upset, or patterns of emotional overwhelm. This group is currently accepting new clients and will begin soon.
