Launching Into Life - Building Confidence and Direction

Open for Enrollment

Who Is This Group For?

Launching Into Life is designed for young adults ages 18–23 who may be feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, stuck, or anxious about the transition into adulthood. It is a good fit for those navigating decisions about education, work, relationships, independence, identity, and future goals. Participants do not need to have a mental health diagnosis to benefit from the group.

How Does a Session Work?

Each session combines guided discussion, experiential activities, mindfulness practices, practical skill-building, and opportunities for personal reflection. Participants are invited—but never pressured—to share their experiences and learn from one another in a supportive environment. Sessions are interactive and focus on real-life challenges, helping participants develop skills they can immediately apply in everyday situations.
