My background includes facilitating mindfulness interventions and supporting emotional awareness and growth. I integrate mindfulness and cognitive approaches to help clients better understand patterns, develop coping skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and respond to challenges with greater flexibility and compassion.

I value helping clients develop greater self-acceptance while creating meaningful change. Through mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches, I support clients in building awareness, connecting with their values, and moving toward a more intentional and fulfilling life.

I take an integrative approach and believe each person is unique. Rather than relying on one model alone, I draw from attachment-based, trauma-informed, mindfulness, CBT, and relational approaches to meet clients where they are and support their specific needs and goals.

Anxiety can show up in many ways — feeling overwhelmed, constantly “on,” overthinking, difficulty slowing down, physical tension, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. I integrate mindfulness and cognitive approaches to help clients better understand patterns that may be maintaining anxiety, strengthen coping skills, increase emotional awareness, and develop a greater sense of balance, flexibility, and self-compassion in daily life.

Our earliest relationships can shape the way we experience connection, closeness, conflict, and emotional safety throughout life. I work from an attachment-based perspective and support individuals and couples in understanding recurring relational patterns, identifying the emotions and needs beneath conflict, and creating healthier and more secure ways of connecting. I integrate relational, mindfulness, and cognitive approaches to strengthen communication, connection, and emotional awareness.
