Dialectical Behavioral Tharapy Group

Open for Enrollment

This Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group supports individuals who struggle with emotional dysregulation, intense anger, depression, suicidal thoughts, self‑harm urges, relationship instability, and chronic self‑invalidation. Sessions combine structured skills training with guided discussion, focusing on core DBT modules such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Participants learn practical strategies to manage overwhelming emotions, reduce harmful behaviors, strengthen relationships, and build a more stable sense of self. The group emphasizes a validating, strengths‑based environment where members can practice new skills, receive support, and work toward long‑term emotional resilience, meaningful personal growth, improved daily functioning, and greater confidence using DBT skills in everyday life.
