DBT Skills Group

Open for Enrollment
The Dialectical Behavioral Skills Group is meant for individuals that have trouble managing emotions and struggle with regulation.  This can include:  depression, anxiety, c-ptsd, borderline p.d., bipolar, substance use.    We found a gap in the market where many clients need a supplemental group in addition to their individual session; however, they are not able to attend a full DBT program.  This fills that gap so that clients can benefit from DBT skills to support their emotions that are often unmanageable.  Topics include:  Radical Acceptance, WiseMind, Dearman, ACCEPT, Interpersonal effectiveness, Distress Tolerance, TIPP, and more!  Non-judgmental, confidential group support.  We accept most Michigan insurance plans including medicaid and medicare.

Topics: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
