My Background and Approach

I integrate multiple approaches based on your needs and what resonates with you: CBT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, solution focused, trauma informed, EFT, inner child, and EMDR to provide optimal care. I'm also trained in Imago couple's therapy. Provide both individual and relationship therapy.
