My Background and Approach
I prefer to take a humanistic and postmodern approach to therapy. I believe that everyone gravitates towards growth and living a meaningful life. Everyone has their own special toolbox of coping skills with life but sometimes we need a little help unlocking that box and guidance on how to use those tools.
