My Background and Approach
Accelerated Resolution Therapy will help you regain control of your thoughts and feelings, and will allow you to live a fulfilling, enjoyable life. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a technique that combines relaxing eye movements with image replacement to change the way in which the negative images are stored in the brain. The end result is that traumas and difficult life experiences will no longer trigger strong emotions or physical reactions. I am direct and solution-focused. We'll work collaboratively to address the trauma, depression and anxiety symptoms that are bothering you right now. We'll start with what's going on in the moment and how to get control over your body and thoughts. You'll gain resilience and an ability to focus on the things that are working in your life, while overcoming your challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which means that I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. I personally believe that we are either happy, or we learn something. Let me assist you in discovering the lessons hidden in your story!
