About My Clients
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the life you want. You might be navigating anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, substance use concerns, or the emotional impact of a major life transition.
My Background and Approach
I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas and am licensed at the clinical level in Kansas (LSCSW) and Missouri (LCSW). I have years of experience in crisis intervention/prevention and case management, primarily supporting adults with mental health and substance use concerns. My background includes inpatient psychiatric care, community mental health, private practice therapy, home-health work focused on traumatic brain injuries and cognitive/behavioral disabilities, and experience in a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinic supporting individuals navigating opioid addiction and recovery. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and solutions-focused approach that considers the whole person. I am skilled in conducting bio-psycho-social assessments to understand each client’s needs and create personalized treatment plans.
