About My Clients
Reaching out for support often begins with a quiet sense that something needs to change. Something in your life may feel off even if you can’t quite name it yet. Maybe you’re stuck in a pattern that is no longer serving you, or you may be stepping into a new season of life—one that’s prompting you to reconsider who you are as you become a parent, face infertility, a major illness, grieve a loss, or adjust to a life change that’s left you feeling unsteady.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with adults who are navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, chronic illness, and loss. My approach to therapy is multifaceted and tailored to each individual, integrating exploration of early life experiences with relational and behavioral perspectives—I view therapy as collaborative, individualized, and never one-size-fits-all.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am LGBTQ-affirming, anti-oppressive, and grounded in a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework. Trust is central to therapeutic vulnerability. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, you're treated with kindness, met without judgment and with genuine interest in your lived experience.
