My Background and Approach

EXPERIENCE - 3 years of study and training in counseling psychology - 10 years in social justice and community organizing - 4 years managing people and teams - 20 years of personal, intentional growth and healing - 200-hour yoga teacher training - 4-month education and volunteering abroad in Ghana - Travel within 5 continents Therapy with me is rooted in the present moment. Together, we will see what’s here, integrate new experiences, and achieve lasting change. I hope to help you expand awareness and explore choice and agency in your life. My work is client-centered, drawing heavily from humanistic, Gestalt, somatic, decolonizing, and depth-oriented traditions. If you are interested, I also hold space for dreams, imagery, and transpersonal explorations.
