About My Clients

I help folks discover how pain and discomfort from the past has transformed into patterns that get us stuck. Whether you are feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, recovering from past trauma, or going through major changes - it’s all too overwhelming to face alone. Whatever it is that's bringing you here, welcome. You are in the right place.

My Background and Approach

I am deeply passionate about helping folks understand themselves from the inside-out. My style is based on a relational, attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach. I incorporate neurobiology, mindfulness, self-compassion, inner-child work, and radical-acceptance to help clients rebuild authentic, comfy, trusting relationships with themselves and others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

While I’m trained in the therapy process, you are the expert of your own experience, and there is no "right way" to do therapy. In session, my clients show up however they want! Crying, yelling, venting, laughing, fidgeting, sitting in silence…I’m here for all of it. Healing can be tough business, and our work together will fit who you are and how you see the world. At the end of the day, we are in this together and I am here every step of the way as we venture into creating a more present, liberated, authentic self. I’m looking forward to learning who you are with you.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
