About My Clients
You’ve tried talk therapy. Perhaps several times. Maybe it worked for you, maybe it didn’t, but this time around you’re ready for a different approach. Something deeper - perhaps you’ve come to suspect that what’s ailing you, whether it be depression, anxiety, body image issues... is not so much in your head, but rooted at your very core - the bottom line is you don’t feel quite yourself, something’s missing, you can’t think or talk your way out, and you’re ready to reclaim your authentic self.
My Background and Approach
I'm an LPCC, Psychedelic Therapist, Art Therapist, and advanced certifications in Breathwork, Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapy and Health Coaching. I am deeply committed to nature, mindfulness, creative practices, and embodiment for profound personal and collective transformation. My background in patient care coordination, mindfulness, professional art, and psychology informs my therapeutic approach which honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit - all critical in creating lasting therapeutic change. My offerings include art therapy, counseling, embodiment coaching, and compassionate self-inquiry, as well as fully legal, above ground psychedelic journeywork aided by either Ketamine or Cannabis Sativa. I teach practices that help my clients pierce through conditioning, open to possibility, access authentic self-expression, heal disconnections inside themselves, and connect with the courage to create and accept change, both internally, and collectively.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My therapeutic philosophy rests on two equally important pillars: • Everyone has the capacity to heal, grow and change throughout their lifetime, it's never too late to change course. As humans, we all possess an internal self-righting capacity - (does anyone remember "Weeble-Wobbles"??) But often life gets in the way of this capacity, and sometimes we DO fall down. When we do... • We're not meant to navigate the hard parts of life alone. Many of my clients are people who have by choice or circumstance found themselves in the role of care-giver...when this becomes ingrained in identity and outlook, it can become extremely difficult to untangle the threads and accept care for oneself. Let me be the first to say I deeply admire your courage in coming here to take the first step toward your own wellbeing. "When someone deeply listens to you, your bare feet are on the earth, and a beloved land that seemed distant is now at home within you." ~ John Fox
