About My Clients
I work with women who’ve spent years caring for others and feel it's time to turn that attention to themselves. Often, they're standing at a threshold, sensing the life they built no longer fits who they're becoming. If this is you, you’re no stranger to inner work; you’ve grown in ways that matter. But understanding yourself and fully inhabiting your life are different things. If you’re ready to engage deeply and discover what’s beneath old patterns, I’m here to swim those waters with you.
My Background and Approach
What I offer may feel quite different from therapy as you've come to expect it. We start with what's already whole and healed in you, and use that as solid ground for everything else. I'll listen deeply and I'll be honest with you. I'm not here to fix you, but to help you remember what you already are beneath the noise, the shoulds, and the old stories you've been carrying for too long. I'll challenge you to grow rather than simply comfort you where you're stuck. I'll walk beside you until you no longer need me to. And I'll be here to walk with you again when a new journey arises. My approach is relational, body-based, trauma-informed, and soul-honoring. I draw on a range of therapeutic practices to guide our work such as Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Hakomi, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Nature informs much of our work together, too, and we may take our journey on to the land for deeper guidance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
So much of our suffering comes from the belief that what's happening to us shouldn't be happening. After practicing therapy for over 15 years (and walking this wild terrain of life myself) I’ve learned that living a whole life means embracing all parts of it – the joy and the grief, the beauty and the pain, the triumphs and the challenges. I believe wounds can be gifts: I've often found that the places we've struggled most can, over time, become places of profound wisdom and unexpected gifts. I believe that real change begins with intentionally cultivating how you want to move through life. But most of all, I believe you are whole. I believe you are capable. I believe you deserve to live the whole and wild life that’s calling you.
