My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic and integrative - we will focus on you as a whole person, not a list of symptoms. Grounded in client-centered/humanistic theory, I’ll meet you with curiosity, open-mindedness, empathy, and respect, while incorporating different therapeutic modalities depending on your unique needs. I’ll provide a balance of validation and challenging. Therapy isn't about 'fixing' you - because you are not broken. It is about understanding, connection, building resilience, and finding meaning.
