About My Clients
I love working with queer and trans people and couples, neurodivergent folks, and people seeking support with identifying, exploring, or navigating their true feelings, needs, wants and self. We could explore queerness and transness; ADHD, Autism, and Alexithymia; self-esteem, anxiety and self-doubt; and relational and family issues. For couples, we work to recognize, identify, and respond to patterns and create a space where you both feel seen, heard and on the same team.
My Background and Approach
In sessions, I offer curiosity and a warm and gentle presence. The therapy process looks different for everyone, and I strive to meet you where you are, work at the pace that feels right to you, and grow a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and welcomed.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My name is Zee, and I’m a white, trans, and neurodivergent therapist. I’m grounded in liberatory, intersectional, and anti-oppressive practice, meaning that I care deeply about how systems of oppression are likely impacting you, and I address the ways in which societal frameworks around race, gender, ability, class, and sexuality can cause us trauma, hurt, and damaging narratives about ourselves. As a trans person, I also believe strongly that our marginalized identities can be a great source of joy and connection to ourselves and others.
