About My Clients

I support moms who feel completely alone while navigating the exhausting realities of narcissistic abuse, high-conflict custody cases, and parental alienation. If you are feeling overwhelmed by a toxic ex, struggling with adult ADHD, or facing scary life transitions, you do not have to carry this heavy weight by yourself. Drawing from my 8 years as a teacher, I also offer specialized child therapy. Together, we will protect your peace, set boundaries, and help you and your kids heal.

My Background and Approach

My path to becoming a licensed counselor began in the classroom, where I spent 8 years as an elementary school teacher. Witnessing the real-world struggles of families inspired me to earn my Master’s in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Today, I blend my educational background with deep clinical expertise to offer a truly safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapy space open to all individuals.I specialize in empowering women trapped in the exhausting cycles of narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, and dealing with coercive exes. If you are drowning in a high-conflict custody case or family court battle, I provide the targeted, structured support you need to protect your peace.I also provide expert ADHD coaching and strategies for navigating stressful life transitions. Whether you are a mom reclaiming your life or anyone facing a difficult pivot, my practice is a zero-judgment zone where you will feel heard, validated, and equipped to heal.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I firmly believe that a mental health diagnosis should never define who you are or put you in a box. Labels can offer understanding, but they don't capture your unique strengths, resilience, or individuality—we are all genuinely special in our own ways. My approach to holistic counseling is centered on treating you as a whole person, not a checklist of symptoms. My career in this field began on the front lines as a crisis counselor. Spending years providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention support taught me how to remain calm, grounded, and deeply compassionate during a person's darkest moments. My own life experiences have also shaped my practice, allowing me to bring authentic empathy and a zero-judgment attitude into every session. I stand for inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming care and trauma-informed therapy. No matter what you are carrying, you will find a safe space here to heal at your own pace.
