My Background and Approach
Therapy and inner-work are personal, yet also portals into the grand adventure of the richness of life. We will work through your concerns with safety and care, and also open the empowerment to know and live through the whole spectrum of what you are. If welcomed, we can explore breathwork, energy work, song, sound, yoga, massage, movement/dance, philosophy/reasoning, imagination and dreams, psychodrama, nature work, sexuality. Learning new ways to live, heal, relate, think and enjoy ourselves in this dramatic existence we all find ourselves in. My initial undergraduate training was in philosophy, following into a doctoral training in existential psychotherapy. I continually train to advance a more holistic practice so I can work dynamically with any kind of place a person may find themselves in . I have had trainings in Focusing, Internal Family Systems, Jungian Psychotherapy, Process-orientated psychology, Hakomi therapy, transactional analysis, Taoist energy healing, ashtanga yoga
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in making therapy inclusive for all communities as well as all the ways in which someone may wish to work in therapy. Therapy and live are about allowing all of the diversity of life space to breathe and refine itself, and then come together in harmony.
