My Background and Approach
As an interactive, compassionate, solution-focused therapist my therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. Integrating complimentary methodologies and techniques I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. My concentration is to help each individual to build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they’re striving for. I am trained in CBT therapy, EMDR and Insight-Oriented methods.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
With over 25 years experience as a therapist, I specialize in Counseling, behavioral modification, EMDR and cognitive behavioral modalities. A graduate of Adelphi University and New York University, I currently work as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. I am also of South Asian decent and have considerable experience working with other Indians in the community.
