About My Clients
I support individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and trauma. Many of my clients are women, BIPOC, or seeking healing from systems that haven't always made space for them. Whether you're rebuilding connection, setting boundaries, or breaking generational cycles, I provide a warm, affirming space to do the work—at your pace.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A) trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and trauma-informed care. My work is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and curiosity. I’ve worked in both nonprofit and correctional settings, supporting clients with high acuity needs as well as those seeking personal growth or relational support. My approach is collaborative and warm, but also focused and goal-oriented. I tailor sessions to your unique context while always holding space for both vulnerability and hope. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation—one where your voice leads the work, and I walk alongside you with guidance and care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is not just individual—it’s relational, generational, and deeply tied to community. I’m passionate about breaking cycles, challenging stigma, and helping people reclaim their stories. Outside the therapy room, you can usually find me reading something soul-nourishing, dreaming up community projects, or enjoying good food and deep conversation.
